Meet Dr. Priya Ramaswamy
Behavioral Speech-Language Pathologist
Priya Ramaswamy, PhD, BCBA, M.S. CCC-SLP, is a dual-certified Behavior Analyst-Speech and Language Pathologist in Houston, Texas. She received her doctoral degree in the Biological Sciences from Johns Hopkins University and completed her post-doctoral work at University of California, San Francisco. She holds a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Department of Biobehavioral Sciences at Teachers College, Columbia University. She previously graduated with a BA in Biology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
She currently works with children with a focus on language and articulation disorders. Dr. Ramaswamy is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in working with children who have developmental disabilities in both public school and private settings. Her research interests focus on the collaboration between the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis and Speech-Language Pathology.
